How long does shipping take from when I place my order?

Processing time is 1-2 business days. 

Most orders are shipped with UPS. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We usually ship your order out almost immediately but shipping can vary depending on your exact location and carrier.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders above $100 ship free.

Under $100, we charge a flat fee of $7.95.

 

My package says delivered but I haven’t received it yet. What should I do?

Delays can happen that are out of our control. Please wait a few extra days before contacting us.

We are available to help you submit a claim and to locate the package if need be.

 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes we do! Pickup location is in Hollywood, Florida.

Place your order and wait for email confirmation that your order is ready to be picked up with further instructions.

 

The item I wanted sold out! What can I do?

Sometimes we do restock select styles; However, we can not guarantee this for every item on the website. We suggest you grab it while it’s there! You can also submit your email to be notified in case the item restocks.

 

Can I return an item I bought on sale or in clearance?

Any item discounted 20% or more (whether through our own markdown or through coupon code) is FINAL SALE. 

FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you ship back a final sale item, you will not be contacted or refunded.

 

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do! You can access the gift card section via our drop down menu.

 

How do I care for my GOCO garment?

We recommend always using a delicate wash cycle and laying flat to dry.

 

How do I know what size to purchase?

Sizing can vary between each item due to fabric and silhouette. We understand that it can be difficult to shop online, therefore, we have provided a sizing chart located on our item pages.

Please note all measurements are flat measurements. A flat bust measurement is not equivalent to bra sizes.
