Shipping and Returns

We will accept returns within 10 days from when your order has been delivered, pending the item was not final sale.

All return requests must be made within 5 days to ensure proper time for return transit.

Please follow the guidelines below:

• The item must be in "like new" condition, meaning unworn, undamaged, unaltered, salable and with all tickets attached.
• Items purchased from our Clearance page are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Clearance refers to any item discounted 20% or more off it's original price.  
• GOCO reserves the right, at it's sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and you will need to pay a reshipping fee to return the items to you.

 

In case of return, please package your item with care, folded nicely and with original receipt to ensure a proper refund. 

You can create a return label through our website, on the footer menu, under "Create a Return". Please note a $8.99 fee will be deducted from your return for return fees and shipping label. You may choose to create your own return label if preferred, but you must receive approval through our returns portal. 

 

Please note shipping charges are non refundable.
